Overview

devtoolsforyou is a collection of browser-based developer utilities. All tools process your input locally inside your browser. No data you paste or type is sent to any server, logged, or stored anywhere outside your device.

Data we do not collect

• Input you paste into any tool (Base64, JSON, JWT, URL, Hash, HTML, Timestamp)
• Output produced by any tool
• Your IP address or device fingerprint
• Account information (there are no accounts)
• Cookies or local storage for tracking purposes

How the tools work

Every transformation — encoding, decoding, formatting, hashing, and converting — runs entirely inside your web browser using standard browser APIs and JavaScript. When you paste a value and click a button, your input is processed locally and the result is shown on the same page. Nothing leaves your device.

Hosting and infrastructure

devtoolsforyou is served from an AWS EC2 instance. Web server access logs (standard HTTP request logs) may be kept by the server for operational purposes such as diagnosing errors. These logs record the URL path requested and basic request metadata — they do not contain any input or output from the tools themselves.

Third-party services

devtoolsforyou does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or social media scripts. There are no external scripts loaded from third-party domains.

Cookies

devtoolsforyou does not set any cookies. No tracking cookies, session cookies, or preference cookies are used.

Children's privacy

devtoolsforyou does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The tools are intended for use by developers and technically minded adults.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
